A Note From Sarah:

Sourdough should be for every kitchen; I believe this with my whole heart. It took me a year to figure out how to bake sourdough regularly for my family & simplify the process. And, I want to share with you what I’ve learned over the last 6 years in baking & loving all things Sourdough.

The workshop is a hands-on demonstration - we make my customer favorite, the Rustic Sourdough Boule, and I walk you through step-by-step. Your workshop will include a packet of information on all things sourdough starters as well as some of my favorite sourdough recipes & resources.

Because food is my love language, we will also break bread with a variety of yummy wild-yeast Sourdough treats to enjoy as we finish up the workshop.

All participants will take home some of my very active wild-yeast sourdough starter, Miss Doughlene, to start your sourdough journey at home. The workshop fee also includes support as you begin to bake bread in your home after the workshop.

Sarah Woiteshek Pietzuch is the head baker & maker at McKibbon Hollow.
