Return & Shipping Policies
First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us.
Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition up to 30 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include opened recorded material such as CDs and DVDs, food goods, coffee, room sprays, soaps, body sprays, personalized items, original artwork, select oversize items or anything damaged through normal wear and tear.
Defective or Damaged Items
If we made a mistake, if the item has a manufacturing defect, or if an item was damaged in shipping, we'll take care of it. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you — and shipping is on us.
In order to return your item, email us at email@example.com. You’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.
Exchanges can only be made for different sizes of select apparel items, including T-shirts.
In order to process an exchange, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will receive instructions on how to return the item and receive the size you need.
Event tickets including all Barn Bash tickets and The Barn event tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable. For information about a David Phelps tour ticket, please contact the vendor from which you originally purchased the ticket.
Each new order will be shipped in the timeliest manner possible. In-stock items will ship from our store within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our store, it should arrive in accordance with your selected shipping preferences.
Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or holidays.
