Get ready for fall and winter with a practical, encouraging workshop focused on herbal supports you can make at home. One of the simplest ways to prepare for cold and flu season is learning how to use what you can grow (or easily source) to support your family’s immune system.

In this hands-on style class, we’ll cover some favorite home remedies and recipes—starting with a true powerhouse: elderberries. You’ll learn how to turn them into an easy homemade syrup, plus explore other herbal supports that are great to keep on hand during the colder months.

We’ll cover:

• Elderberry syrup (homemade + simple)

• Ginger tea & sage tea

• Homemade cough syrup

• Sipping tea blends

• Bee propolis tincture

• Fire cider

Note: This class is for educational purposes only. The instructor is not a medical professional—just a mom who uses plants to help her family build immunity.

Participants will receive a packet of resources and recipes to take home.
